Аннотация

В работе исследуется влияние родительской поддержки, автономии и контроля на формирование жизненных стремлений молодежи. В отличие от других исследований, в данной работе анализируются причинно-следственные связи между конкретными аспектами детско-родительских отношений и жизненными целями студентов. На репрезентативной выборке (N=138) показано, что поддержка автономии со стороны родителей способствует развитию внутренних стремлений (самовыражение, значимые отношения), тогда как контроль является предиктором внешних стремлений (известность, влиятельность, финансовый успех). Интересным результатом исследования является вывод о том, что стремление к «сообществу» (как внутренняя цель) формируется у молодых людей под влиянием родительского контроля. Подтверждено, что внутренние стремления положительно связаны с академической успешностью и субъективным благополучием, а внешние − отрицательно. Результаты подчеркивают ключевую роль детско-родительских отношений в формировании мотивации молодежи.
