The article presents a theoretical analysis of the phenomenon of childhood mental trauma in the context of domestic and foreign scientific approaches. The evolution of the concept of "psychological trauma" from classical psychoanalysis to modern neurobiological research is considered. The key substantive lines of the problem are identified: terminological ambiguity, the distinction between acute trauma and complex post‑traumatic stress disorder, as well as the specifics of the impact of trauma on personality formation and neurobiological development of the child. Differences have been found in the interpretation of the concept of "psychological trauma" in domestic (emphasis on disability and social maladjustment) and foreign (emphasis on DSM criteria and neurobiological changes) traditions. Key risk factors have been identified, including abuse, deprivation, and attachment disorder. Neurobiological correlates of early trauma (dysregulation of the HPA axis, changes in the structure of the amygdala and prefrontal cortex) are described. Childhood psychological trauma is a systemic phenomenon that leads to lasting changes at the biological, personal, and social levels. The necessity of integrating neurobiological and psychosocial approaches into the practice of diagnosis and therapy is substantiated.

В статье представлен теоретический анализ феномена детской психической травматизации в контексте отечественных и зарубежных научных подходов. Рассматривается эволюция понятия «психологическая травма» от классического психоанализа до современных нейробиологических исследований. Выявлены ключевые содержательные линии проблемы: терминологическая неоднозначность, разграничение острой травмы и комплексного посттравматического стрессового расстройства, а также специфика влияния травмы на формирование личности и нейробиологическое развитие ребенка. Обнаружены различия в трактовке понятия «психологическая травма» в отечественной (акцент на нарушение деятельности и социальную дезадаптацию) и зарубежной (акцент на DSM‑критерии и нейробиологические изменения) традициях. Определены ключевые факторы риска, включая жестокое обращение, депривацию и нарушение привязанности. Описаны нейробиологические корреляты ранней травмы (дисрегуляция оси HPA, изменения в структуре амигдалы и префронтальной коры). Детская психологическая травма представляет собой системное явление, приводящее к устойчивым изменениям на биологическом, личностном и социальном уровнях. Обоснована необходимость интеграции нейробиологического и психосоциального подходов в практику диагностики и терапии.
